We support our clients with our corporate finance experience for financial valuations and due-diligences. Moreover, we assist our clients in negotiations and foster post-merger integration.

Additionally, adbodmer capital accepts financial and operative responsibility with the buildup of new enterprises and acts beside its financial engagement as a consultant or takes partially and management mandates.

In order to guarantee a successful transaction, adbodmer capital generally works on the basis of exclusive mandates. The remuneration for services of adbodmer capital is based on a retainer and a fee for the completion of a successful transaction.
