Capital One Advisers Ltd. (COA) has been present on Polish capital market since 2002. The company began its operations as an investment banking boutique specialized in managing equity transactions on the non-public market, including M&A, private placements, private equity buyouts, etc. Further competencies included all areas of debt financing as well as complex advisory services in public placements (IPO’s).
Since 2007, Capital One Advisers has act as an Authorized Advisor on Polish Stock Exchange Alternative Market NewConnect. Since 2009 COA is a member of Polish Private Equity Association.

The know-how we represent is a result of broad practical experience, gained both in investment and corporate banking institutions and private equity funds. Practical knowledge is backed by thorough study and certificates – all Capital One Advisers consultants are required to pursue CFA certificate or broker’s qualifications.

Currently, Capital One Advisers focuses on servicing M&A transactions for mid-sized enterprises, as well as clients who seek access to external sources of financing through equity, debt and structured transactions.
