S & P founded in 1989 is one of the leading firms in the German M & A market. It is located in Düsseldorf, known for its central location in Europe, its considerable economic potential and the flair of the Rhine metropolis.

S & P’s 11 partners use their many years of experience and their extensive know-how in managing medium-sized and large companies to initiate and undertake corporate transactions. Its strategic competence as well as its close contacts with industry and trade, banks and financial investors enable S & P to meet the high expectations of its numerous clients.

Being an independent firm, S & P is free of any conflicts of interest and guarantees absolute confidentiality. As a matter of principle, S & P acts on the basis of exclusive mandates for the best possible result of its clients. The remuneration for services rendered by S & P is normally based on a retainer as well as an additional success fee resulting from the enterprise value of the transaction.

During the past 10 years, S & P has initiated and conducted more than 100 transactions, both nationally and internationally. The average enterprise value was app. € 20 Mio.
